Earning Points is a Breeze!  

There are tons of ways to do it:

*Points have no cash value (not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent), and may only be redeemed for discounts on innisfree products purchased online or for certain promotional goods listed on our membership rewards page.   

¹ Points are awarded at a rate based on your Tier. innisfree Fam members earn 1 point for every dollar spent (e.g., spend $100 and earn 100 points). innisfree Elite members earn 2x points for every dollar spent (e.g., spend $100 and earn 200 points). innisfree VIP members earn 3x the total purchase amount (e.g. spend $100 and earn 300 points).  Points will not be awarded for taxes, shipping costs, discounts, or refunds applied to purchases.  

² Receive 75 points for every third transaction excluding all taxes, shipping costs, discounts, or refunds. 

³ Limit of one (1) review typer per customer per day & limit of five (5) photo and five (5) video reviews per customer per year. Reviews are only eligible to earn points if accessed via the Yotpo review email sent to you after each product purchase. Reviews left directly on our site and on products that have not been purchased on us.innisfree.com are not eligible. Only published photo and video reviews are eligible for points. 

⁴ Social shares, follows, or likes do not apply if completed directly through your social media account. 

⁵Must opt in to receive SMS marketing message. Limit 1 opt in per customer. 

⁶ Members will receive tier entry points when they upgrade to a new tier: innisfree Elite (100 points), innisfree VIP (200 points).

⁸ Limit of four (4) TerraCycle® points per shipping label per year. Points may take up 72 hours to approve & issue. Download a Shipping Label from TerraCycle® here, Upload your shipping label on the rewards page and ship back your empties.  

When you log into rewards account, you’ll have the option to redeem your points for discounts + perks. Every (1) point is redeemable for $0.03 off your purchase (that’s triple their previous value). So, previously, 1000 points were worth $10 OFF and now they’re worth $30 OFF! You can also redeem your points for goodies on the rewards page.

Points are valid for a period of 12 months based on the date they were earned.  

Note: All points earned prior to May 15th, 2024, will be valid for the next 12 months (until May 15th 2025). 

Click on the account symbol in the top right corner to see how many points you have accumulated.

Don’t worry, sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points reflected in 24 hours, please reach out to innisfree@apus.amorepacific.com

Any points associated with a cancelled or returned order will be deducted from your account balance.

As part of our eco-conscious commitment, we encourage you to participate in this sustainable solution for the disposal of the empty packaging of all your favorite innisfree products. As a reward, we will grant 50 points per shipment* 

Visit our shipping label uploader on the innisfree Rewards page in the Earn Perks section to submit your shipment label, our team will review and issue any eligible points directly to your innisfree Rewards account.  It can take up to 72 hours for our team to review your label & issue points. You’ll receive an email as soon as the points are issued.  

 *Limit of Terracycle® points up to four (4) times per year. 

Earn 25 points when you upload an innisfree purchase receipt from an authorized retailer. 

Authorized Retailers: 

• Sephora 
• Amazon 
• Aritaum 

Receipt Validity: Receipts are valid for points up to 45 days after the date of purchase. 

Upload Limit: 1 unique receipt upload per month. 

Your current tier is calculated based on your total spend within the last 12-month period. If you go down a tier, you will still retain your previously earned points, except in the case of account inactivity in any 12-month period.

As an innisfree Rewards member, your yearly spend determines both your tier level + benefits! When you join for free you automatically enter our innisfree Fam Tier. Once you’ve spent between $150-$299, you’ll level up to innisfree Elite status, where you’ll enjoy higher earnings + more perks. When you’ve spent $300+ in 12-month period, you’ll reach our top tier, innisfree VIP, and enjoy the most our program has to offer.

We adjusted our tier levels as of May 15th, 2024. Your points are more valuable than before + your balance has been adjusted to reflect the new system. Your tier may have changed, but the dollar amount you’ve earned is the same! 

New spend thresholds are below. Your current tier is calculated based on your total spend within the last 12-month period. 

• Tier 1: innisfree Fam Spend $0-$149  
•  Tier 2: innisfree Elite Spend $150-$299  
•  Tier 3: innisfree VIP Spend $300+
